Conflict Coaching

Conflict is a natural part of life, but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or unmanageable. Our conflict coaching services provide a supportive and flexible approach to help individuals and small groups navigate difficult conversations, improve communication, and develop strategies for resolving disputes effectively. Whether you're facing workplace challenges, family disagreements, or personal conflicts, we work with you to build confidence and practical skills to address the situation constructively.
Unlike mediation, which follows a structured process to reach a formal resolution, conflict coaching is more open-ended and adaptable to your unique needs. Sessions may involve one person or multiple parties and focus on gaining clarity, exploring options, and strengthening communication skills. Together, we’ll identify patterns, uncover underlying concerns, and practice techniques for engaging in healthier, more productive interactions. Our goal is to equip you with the tools to navigate conflict effectively—both now and in the future.
Payment is required upon the conclusion of each session.
Sliding scale pricing is available to DC, Maryland, or Virginia residents experiencing financial hardship. Please contact us at oneandallmediation@gmail.com to request a reduced rate.

Conflict coaching is a one-on-one or group process where individuals work with a coach to develop strategies and skills for managing and resolving conflicts. Unlike mediation, which involves a neutral third party helping resolve disputes between two or more people, conflict coaching focuses on empowering the individual to handle conflicts independently, build better communication skills, and improve their approach to future disagreements.

Conflict coaching is ideal for anyone looking to improve their conflict management skills, whether in personal, professional, or community settings. It’s particularly useful for leaders, employees, students, or families who want to enhance communication, address ongoing issues, or build more effective strategies for handling disagreements.
